01. The Marketplace

BartoBarVinyl is a platform that allows users to list, sell, and buy vinyl records. We do not own the records listed; the contract for sale is directly between the buyer and the seller.

02. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate information when listing items. Any fraudulent activity, including selling bootlegs as originals or misrepresenting conditions, will result in account suspension.

03. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed through PayPal. BartoBarVinyl is not responsible for PayPal's transaction fees or any disputes handled by their resolution center.

04. Shipping & Returns

Sellers are responsible for shipping items within 3 business days. Return policies are set by individual sellers unless the item is significantly not as described.
